BufraCRM Terms of Use

BufraCRM is a business management platform owned and operated by Bufra Technologies, a Nigerian-based BusTech company. By creating an account or using the BufraCRM platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your access, responsibilities, limitations, and acceptable use of the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BufraCRM, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To use BufraCRM, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree not to create an account using false details or impersonate a business or individual.

• Full Name
• Business Location
• Industry
• Owner Title
• Email and Phone Number

Your business name is used across the platform for invoice branding, branded emails, and official communication. You must not use a business name that is misleading, fraudulent, or associated with impersonation.

Business Name Policy

Once your account is created, the business name cannot be changed through the dashboard. Any request to update a business name must go through Bufra Support for verification.

Bufra Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use fake, harmful, or deceptive business identities.

Permitted Use of the Platform

You agree to use BufraCRM only for lawful business purposes, including:

• Managing sales records
• Managing leads and customer information
• Generating invoices and receipts
• Sending branded emails to leads or customers
• Organizing business data and operations

You agree not to misuse the platform for activities such as spam, fraud, unauthorized marketing, or illegal financial transactions.

Branded Emails and Communication

BufraCRM automatically attaches your business name to branded emails and system-generated communication. You are responsible for ensuring the information you send is accurate and lawful.

Any attempt to use BufraCRM to deceive customers or impersonate another brand will lead to immediate account suspension and may result in legal action.

Invoices and Document Generation

BufraCRM supports both thermal and A4 invoice generation. You are responsible for verifying all invoice content before sending or printing. Bufra Technologies is not responsible for losses caused by user-generated invoice errors.

Payments, Subscriptions & Future USD Support

Some features of BufraCRM may require subscription payments. All payment information must be accurate and authorized. In the future, BufraCRM will support USD payments for global access.

User Responsibilities

As a BufraCRM user, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the platform responsibly
• Report suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Comply with all applicable laws

Prohibited Activities

You may not use BufraCRM for:

• Fraud or identity impersonation
• Sending harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Unauthorized scraping or data extraction
• Hacking, tampering, or platform misuse
• Uploading malicious code or files

Termination of Account

Bufra Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the platform in a harmful or unauthorized way. You may also request account deletion at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Bufra Technologies is not liable for business losses, data loss, revenue loss, or misunderstandings caused by user error, misuse of the platform, or third-party service integrations.

Updates to These Terms

Bufra Technologies may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes made.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, regardless of where the platform is accessed from.
