Your Account Information

You can update your profile details (such as contact information, industry, or title) anytime inside your dashboard settings. However, the business name cannot be changed directly by the user. If you need to update your business name, you must contact Bufra Support and follow the required verification process.

This policy protects you and the integrity of your business identity on the platform.

Use of Business Name in Communications

BufraCRM uses your business name in:

• Branded emails sent to your leads or customers
• Generated invoices (thermal receipts and A4 documents)
• Notifications and communication templates

You must not use a fake or misleading business name on BufraCRM for fraudulent or deceptive purposes. Violations will result in account suspension and legal action.
